Recommended protocol to start NAD optimization

Whether you have tried to increase your NAD levels or not, it is always a good idea to take a NAD test to find out your current NAD level. Once the blood sample is taken, you can start taking the Accuri® Vitality Boost, 2 scoops daily. After about 4 weeks on the supplements, take another NAD test. You can continue to take the same dosage of supplements while waiting for the test result, which will be used to adjust the dosage you need to achieve optimum NAD levels.

How much product do I need to achieve optimum NAD level?

The amount of NAD precursor needed to achieve optimum NAD levels is different in different individuals. Most people need about 2000mg of the Vitality Boost (2 scoops daily), to optimize their NAD. However, some people need much less, while others need as much as 3000mg (3 scoops daily). Testing NAD level is the only way to find out how much each person needs.

What should I do if my NAD does not reach the optimum range?

With the Accuri® Vitality Boost, about 90% of the users can get their NAD optimized. Some people may need to increase their dosage and how they take the supplements. What should I do if your NAD level exceeds the higher end of the optimum range?

Currently, it is still unknown what levels of NAD is harmful to health. No adverse effects have been observed in individuals who have short term NAD levels between 100μM and 250μM.
